2. What Data We Collect and Why

When you use this diagnostic tool, we may collect the following personal data:

• Professional data: your organisation, seniority level, years of leadership experience, organisation size, and primary sector
• Assessment data: your stated purpose for completing the assessment

Your assessment answers are processed entirely within your browser. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. The report is generated on your device.

Your name, email, and professional profile data are collected to:

• Personalise your report output
• Send you a copy of your report by email (if you provide your email address)
• Add you to our contact list so we can share relevant leadership development content and information about Verde Vitae services

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR): by entering your email address and beginning the assessment, you consent to receiving your report by email and to being added to our contact list. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Assessment answers are never stored on our systems and are automatically discarded when you close or refresh the page.
